MyKartStore respects user privacy and provides a clear method for requesting deletion of an account and associated personal data. Users can contact MyKartStore support to initiate the account and personal data deletion process.
Request Account DeletionHow to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@mykartstore.com from your registered MyKartStore email address.
- Use the email subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the registered mobile number used in your MyKartStore account so we can verify the request.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after successful verification of the request and account details.
Data Users Can Manage Directly
Users may manage or remove certain information directly within the MyKartStore app, including:
- Wishlist items
- Shopping cart items
- Saved delivery addresses
- Profile information where applicable
Data Deleted Upon Request
When a valid deletion request is processed, MyKartStore may delete or anonymize:
